Update: I discovered the two accounts opened in my name fraudulently one with Chase Bank and other with Citi-bank.
Chase was awesome and cleared any attachment to me.

Citi-Bank was not so gracious and tried to hold me to account for actions in which I had no involvement in...

I hope that your agency can help me to reinstate my extended Fraud Alert as it had worked well in the past for me... Thanks,
