My dog has been to Planned Pet-hood for 3 to 4 months in which she supposedly received flea and heat worm treatment... I ask that you please gather all my records for animal treatments so I can pick them up... My dog has been suffering for months and today we find out she has severe flea infestation.... I am not a happy camper but someone will answer for this...
