Senator McCain was simply a bad pilot first of all. Secondly, Two Wars via a Credit Card (Supplemental War Budget) wiped out a surplus and hurt all my Veteran Brothers and Sisters. Send the Bills to the War Criminals George W. Bush (AWOL) and Dick Cheney (5 deferments from Vietnam War).
