Case #2918163 - Please be advised that there has been no resolution to this case. I purchase a Toro model no. 20314 for $330.00 cash on January 6, 2012. It wouldn't start after sitting in my garage for a few months that I paid someone else to mow my lawn. Toro instructional manual states that Toro guarantees the mower will start for three years. I delivered the mower to Pasco Turf and Tractor with $30 dollar to start, paid $50.50 cents and it didn't work... It was delivered 8/28/2014 at 4:08 PM when I paid $126.67 cents in cash as my wife witnessed to the driver. Today I received a bill for $46.17 plus $0.69 cents for interest. Simple addition indicates $254.03 in charges. For $75.97 I could have bought a new Lawn Mower.
