Be advised that my wife is not responsible for $1,310.23 → I have went through this evolution once already in notifying ChampVA who said to me and your billing department that referenced amount was paid in full as allowable under Medicare and ChampVA. Account# 101206549 → Paid in Full.
Also be advised that your staff failed to remove staples in error and the nurse was very rude to my wife. The Doctor was notified of this today.
